Over the Waterfront was once Judge Rose's guest house located at the end of the pier in Safety Harbor, North Captiva, Florida.
Today, it has been transformed into a restaurant serving fine cuisine to Safety Harbor Club members and guests alike.
Over the Waterfront sits at the end of the pier overlooking beautiful Safety Harbor. From our porch, you will enjoy the view of the harbor and Pine Island Sound.
Completely remodeled and renovated in 2004/2005 by members of Safety Harbor Club, the restaurant provides an ideal atmosphere for good friends, good food and drink.
Over the Waterfront Restaurant of North Captiva is open for business. Dinner hours for the season are 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday. Reservations are highly recommended as we are filling up most nights and can only take a very few walk-ins due to the limited space available.
Call Chef David at 239.472.2387 for reservations or nightly specials. The best time is to call when Chef Dave is there for lunch, Wednesday - Sunday 12 p.m -3 p.m. If you call and leave a message, please leave a local number where you can be reached or stop in.
Children's menu and lighter fare is available upon request.
